A walk outside of your home or office is a great way to exercise. If you can’t get away from your desk, take a few minutes to stand up by your desk & just stretch your arms & wiggle your fingers. To reduce your stress levels, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, 3 to 5 times a week.
